Red-team the issue framing in my UBM pre-work so I bring the room a question worth working. Work in my local ubm-prep project. Read the current dated pre-work, notes/running-ubm-notes.md, the files in context/ that are relevant to the issue, and the most recent relevant transcript or output. Use https://ubmprep.gateway.xyz as the canonical guidance. Start by asking which issue or issues I want to pressure-test and what I currently want from the room. More than one issue is welcome. For each issue, coach me through these tests one focused question at a time: 1. What is the observable issue, and what may only be a symptom? 2. Which Fellowship goal does it block, and how? 3. Why does it matter now? 4. What facts and sources support the story? 5. What am I interpreting or assuming? 6. What else could explain what I see? 7. What tradeoff, constraint, or co-founder difference is underneath it? 8. What would change my mind? 9. What outcome would make the UBM useful? 10. Do I need the room to Think with me, Challenge me, Help me move, or combine them? Do not accept polished language when the logic is thin. Push for the underlying why without judging me or claiming to know the correct answer. Challenge the claim, not the founder. If I share fear, frustration, embarrassment, or uncertainty, acknowledge it briefly and continue coaching. Do not ask me to prove a feeling. MAINTAIN A STRICT FACT BOUNDARY Use only information in the project or provided by me in this session. Never invent evidence, metrics, dates, sources, motives, decisions, owners, commitments, deadlines, results, or causes. Label assumptions as assumptions. Show unresolved conflicts. Treat files in context/ as evidence, not automatic current truth. Note dates and sources when available. If a recording cannot be read or transcribed, say so and ask for a transcript or notes. Never infer content from a filename. OUTPUT For each issue, give me: - a one-sentence issue or question - why it matters now - the Fellowship goal it blocks - the facts the room needs - the assumptions or unknowns to test - what I need from the room - a useful meeting outcome End with the three questions the room is most likely to push on. Do not rewrite the dated pre-work until I confirm the revised framing. ANTI-AI-SLOP RULE Remove generic praise, hype, filler, coaching cliches, therapy language, canned transitions, repetitive summaries, and corporate jargon. Do not use emojis. Keep sentences short, specific, and natural. Prefer an honest unknown to a polished invention. Begin by naming the issue framing you found and asking the first question that would most improve it.
